Kai's hard rocking 18th!

Taking a short blog break on Europe, Merry Christmas one and all! Pictures from Kai's legal 18th, ok so now i'm the only not able to party... and i'm still far from turning eighteen #novemberbaby! We had dinner at Hard Rock cafe, was really looking forward to hearing the live band but it started really late so we only heard like one song. The rest of the time my eyes were glued on the Singapore vs Thailand game. drinking at Marina after that, great catch up with Nat :> Swee choon at midnight and stay over afterwards! 

Day 9: Barcelona, Spain

It was our last day on board the ship, i felt so sad to part ways from the staff because they are such awesome and nice people :-( took farewell shots, we even exchanged emails haha! 

back to Barcelona's hotel and STRAIGHT AWAY went to shop. I literally mean dump our bags and go hahaha one of my fav shopping days! so happy our hotel was near the shopping street!! had their local food for dinner - Tapas! It's a wide variety of appetisers/snacks? Very interesting and I found out thr's a Tapas restaurant here in Sentosa cove now #cool 

Day 8: France, Marseille

France was insanely cold, so cold it made my face numb and painful. Our first stop was the Notre-Dame de la Grade - good mother church. It's the highest natural point of Marseille, we literally climbed all the way up for the breath taking view. 

Next, we went to the south of France - Avignon, known as the "city of popes". We visited the Papal Palace. It was rather boring because the palace was really huge but HAHA to the last picture.

Lunch at a random restaurant which had free wi-fi and great food (too busy enjoying i forgot to take pictures), went shopping at the Christmas street after that! we had Nutella crepes before lunch (best thing to eat in the cold)

The famous Avignon bridge on the Rhone river! Went back to the boat after that!
