Bangkok getaway

yes, Bangkok agn. I needed a good and short getaway so Bangkok was the best country i could think of. I dragged my aunts and uncle along with me on this trip, so grateful for them : )

stayed at Novotel Platinum and damm, i love the hotel! It was clean and new, unlike Baiyoke sky (the previous hotel I stayed at when visiting Bangkok last November) 

had dinner at the award winning Manna restaurant located at Siam Paragon! Shopped a little at Platinum (sucks that it closes at 7 pm sigh) before heading back to rest!

had breakfast at the famous wanton mee at Soi Petchburi the next morning

and of course since we were in Bangkok over the weekends, we had to visit the famous Chatuchak market which turned out to be a bore. It was so big! Visited it the other time and i have no idea why I wanted to visit agn, lol took a cab straight back to Platinum for some serious shopping

but KFC for lunch first! 

Asiatique in the night - insane one hour full body massage, they almost killed me I swear!!! then Chinatown for the famous T and K seafood. Or should I say infamous. Thr were so many cockroaches around I couldn't even take a proper picture of the food because i wanted to hurry eat and hurry leave... food was real good as usual though.

and the third day was just a full shopping day before heading back to Singapore at night. I had to "chiong" like mad, hahahaha mad Singaporean alert!

Our luggages... I was so afraid it'll fall off or get stolen, kept asking if can claim insurance if the luggages were damaged or if my shopping stuff get stolen lol! All in all it was a great trip, so thankful for my dad who paid for it all, he loves me so much :') Thx for reading, Happy Valentines day x 

The words of the unknown

I love everything about you, and i'm not a girl who says that lightly. I thought love was just something simple. But this man has a hold on my heart that i could not break if i wanted to, and there have been times that I wanted to. It has been overwhelming and humbling and even painful at times but I could not stop loving him any more that I could stop breathing. I cried a lot because of him. I laughed a lot because of him. I believe in love because of him. And now i'm heartbroken because of him.

 I am hopelessly, irretrievably in love with him. More than he knows.

New year's eve part 2

closest buddies gathered at my place to count down to 2 0 1 3, it was rather boring because we lost track of time while playing FIFA. While counting down, half of them were in the kitchen pouring drinks to cheers but everyone totally missed the "3, 2, 1 HAPPY NEW YEAR" thing.... meh!

everybody fell asleep in the living room, woke up to play FIFA till way past our lunch time 

And we all headed out for a very very very late lunch/dinner afterwards : )

and this pretty much sums up how i started 2 0 1 3, with my favourite bunch of ppl (missing Damon & Dylan because they were away), what more could i ask for? I hope you guys had a new year as fantastic as mine!
