lights inside this dream

So I've been receiving a few Formspring qns (I don't usually answer them because i'm super lazy but I will soon!!) on how Bernard and I met and stuff so I figured that since my life has been pretty boring, this would be a nice thing to blog about : )

Back when I was still a brace face and using a Blackberry haha....

and he too was a brace face... sho cute ah

we met at the SCC finals where I was going to support my buddy bk. Throughout the game, I constantly heard the crowd going "GO BERNARD" "NICE ONE BERNARD". I thought to myself "who the heck is this Bernard guy, so popular". 

They won the game!! and of course I (slowly but) eventually found out that he is vice-captain of the team (^_^ instantly attracted lol)

We didn't talk or made friends though, haha but Bernard claimed that I added him on Facebook. I seriously doubt I did but ok wtv.... 

And then Boon kiat, Bernard and I started to have this weird conference thing on the phone till late in the night and that was where I got to know him better.

We would often hang out after school and stuff... And I guess slowly we got closer haha. We went did the stuff typical couples would do, visit the Singapore flyer, went swimming, ate a lot, watched movies, had picnics, flew kites, went to the museum etc.

We had a thing going on for abt four months before things had to come to a sudden stop. We had to completely stop talking and that was honestly the worst time of my life. I never cried so much over a guy before, I remember waking up at almost every hour in fear because I knew he was no longer mine. Had swollen eyes for almost a week. but that didn't last for long, of course we wouldn't be able to live without talking to each other for a long time right?? hahaha! 

We made things official on the 29th of November 2010, three days after my birthday and one day after he came back from his Hockey trip. I never wanted a day that past knowing that he doesn't belong to me, that is the most awful feeling in the world. 

I'm glad that we proved many wrong. we've been through a lot tgt the past two years and it is a memorable journey. Bernard is my best friend and I honestly cannot imagine my life without him. even if we don't end up tgt in the future, I know that I will always love him.
